Full subscription management system

Stratum handles all mainstream payment types and supports payment types including cash, cheques, debit/credit card processing, employer check off, pay at branch and Direct Debit. Subscriptions can be calculated for the next year before the current year us closed, allowing both years to run simultaneously for a period of time.

Cross-period processing removes down time during subscription processing and at year end roll over period.

Comprehensive on-line payment facilities

Features a one-off and recurring mechanism for Internet Card Processing of Credit Cards and on line Direct Debit sign up with database. Provides de-duplication at point of payment.

Accommodates branch collection of subscriptions

Stratum maintains a register of who has paid at branch level, records their expenses. It enables a regional or national centre to invoice/request for payment to the local branch detailing the members and the amounts due with comprehensive facilities for the receipt of payments from a unit and the spreading of those payments across the members in the unit in proportion to the amounts paid.

Automatic Direct Debit Service as standard

As a registered BACS bureau APT can collect Direct Debits on your behalf.
Stratum software incorporates AUDDIS. This saves you time, cuts out paper and avoids delays – something that can frustrate members.

ARUDD shows all unpaid Direct Debits and can automatically change the record to another payment option to cut out processing time and the hassle of identifying the returns manually.

ADDACS is an automated Direct Debit amendment and cancellation service to make changes quickly and easily through the software.

Facility for spreading income across regional and local levels

Stratum provides full audit facilities at all levels where income is spread across regional and local levels, useful for Trade Union environments where local fees and a proportion of the national fees are paid to the branch or region.
