APT Solutions (Australasia) Pty Ltd Merges with Union Systems Pty Ltd

APT is pleased to announce the merger of APT Solutions (Australasia) with Union Systems of Brisbane, Australia.  Union Systems is the company behind the Atwone Content Management System that runs the websites of many Australian Trade Unions and other Not for Profit organisations.

This move consolidates APT's position as a major supplier to the Not for Profit sector in Australia, our software powers over 150 websites and our Stratum software provides the core database for an increasing number of membership organisations.  The merger will bring the option of substantial new developments with the integration of the database and websites.

The merged company will trade as APT Solutions and Dave Tehan, the principal of Union Systems, will join the Australian company as a Director with responsibility for the continued development of the Content Management Software.
